- Candidates applying for admission must be on valid Residence Visa.
- Please follow the Age Criteria given below at the time of seeking admission:
- KG I(Play School) – 2.5 years & above
- KG II(LKG) - 3 years & 8 months
- KG III(UKG) - 4 years & 8 months
- Grade I- 5 years & 8 months
- No relaxation of age will be granted at the entry level for the minimum age limit, as per the instructions received from the MoE, Saudi Arabia.
APTITUTE TEST:
A standard paper & pen test is conducted to evaluate the aptitude of the child. Admission will be finalized on the basis of the performance of the child in the said test and interview with the student. The syllabus for the test is based on the previous class.
The Knowledge of the child in number & letter work, Oral Test and Personal Interview.
Paper & pen test will be conducted in English, Math, Science, Social Science & Languages. (which ever applicable)
CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION:
The admission shall be confirmed to the selected candidates after the aptitude test and on payment of the prescribed fee on or before the specified date. The decision of the Principal shall be final, regarding the admission.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
- Iqama copies of father, mother and student.
- Passport copies of father, mother and student.
- Copy of Progress Report of previous class. (Past 3 years)
- Three recent passport size photographs of the student. (Not more than 6 months old)
- Original Transfer Certificate
- Copy of the Vaccination Card for KG students.
- Copy of student’s Birth Certificate.
- Noor (MoE) Transfer Certificates (TC & RC).
REMOVAL & RE-ADMISSION
The name of the student will be automatically removed from the School rolls if full fee and late fee, if any, are not paid for 2 consecutive months and if the child is absent from the School without any prior notification by the parents. Consequently, the student will not be allowed to attend the School.
Re-admission fee will be charged besides, recovering other fees and the late fee arrears from the time when the name was struck off the School rolls.
WITHDRAWAL AND TRANSFER CERTIFICATE
For withdrawal of students from the School, the parents should notify the School Administration at least 15 days in advance for processing the Transfer Certificate. Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued on clearance of the School dues up to the end of the calendar month during which the student has attended the classes.
TRANSPORT SERVICE
AMIS transport service is available on selected routes. Application can be submitted in the prescribed form with the required details. Transport will ply through their regular routes and will not be changed according to individual needs. A request is to be submitted to the Transport Coordinator to activate or discontinue the transport service.
TRANSPORT RULES
- The use of school transport is a privilege and not a right.
- Complete details of boarding point should be provided to the Transport Coordinator. Any change in address should be notified to the Transport Coordinator immediately.
- Student should reach designated point for boarding the transport on or before assigned time. Bus will leave the point as per schedule and will not wait for the students who are late in reaching the point. Similarly, on return from the school, students should board the buses immediately after the school hours.
- Parent has to be present at the designated bus stop to receive the child in the afternoon.
- Parents are not allowed to enter the school bus
- The bus facilities are extended to the students on the existing routes and bus stops.
- Inform the AMIS Administration and Transport Coordinator if your child will not be using the bus.
- Complaints from parents to be submitted in writing to the Transport Coordinator and AMIS Administration. No parent or student will deal with the driver directly for any complaint.
- Do not eat, drink or throw waste materials inside the bus or on the road.
- Do not stand while the bus is in motion. Students should remain seated while the bus is in motion for their own safety.
- Students should follow the rules of safety while travelling in the bus. Students should behave in a disciplined manner in the bus. Unruly behavior can result in withdrawal of bus facilities.
- AMIS has the right to recover the cost of repairs of any damage caused to the bus by a student.
